Red Spots On Soft Palate Of Throat And Uvula, Also Whitish Coating On Throat. Is It Gonorrhea?

I went to the doctor today because I have some red spots on my soft pallet in the back of my throat and on my uvula, the back of my throat also seems to have a white-ish coating and I have also had a bit of a sore throat the last few days. I thought it was strep, but the test came back negative. The doctor prescribed me a 5-day Z-Pack and sent me on my way. After further research, I think it might be gonorrhea. I had unprotected oral sex a week ago. Will this Z-pack treat the infection if it is gonorrhea or should I go back to get prescribed something else?
