What Is The Treatment For High Fever?

my dgt had temps of 104.7 , went to ER , got IV cephalosporin, is now on po ceph , has redareas under eyes no other S/SX, what is it? Dx was uti the pedi office said to just watch and the virus will run its course . well by day 4 I said enough and took her to the ED myself

Hi, it appears that the er team has made diagnosis of urinary tract infection and are giving cephalosporin for that. I would like to know the reports of urine routine microscopy and culture test results. After seeing the reports, we can definitely make the diagnosis. Kindly, revert back with above reports. Take care.
