Reddish Brown Tissue While Urinating, Pain. Had Two Ectopic Pregnancy. Miscarriage?
Good evening, I am a 38 yr old female with one fallopian tube. I had a medium spot of blood on Saturday and than small spots thereafter. I have had two ectopic pregnancy and now I have reddish brown tissue coming out of my vagina when I urinate. I believe I am pregnant but have not taken a test. i had really bad pain the day (last week) before my period was due but it stopped. Can this be a miscarriage?
With the provided information this could either be an infection or possibly a miscarriage. I would advise you to get a serum hCG test conducted at the earliest and also an ultrasound examination, as retaining of products of conception can result in serious infections.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, You have really messed with the contraceptives . Result being various possibilities this month. These 2 months you are off contraceptive, there is no period- so first possibility is pregnancy. Please your serrum HCG test to confirm or exclude pregnancy. The ovarian cyst again can result in delayed period. A trans vaginal sonography will help in confirming pregnancy Or cofirming the presence of ovarian cysts . An expert Gynecologist will help to sprt out the things & advice proper drug regimen. Thanks.
