Reddish Dots On The Penis, Swollen Testicles. Reason?
My penis have had red dots on the top my penis it came once and went now its come back. Also my testicals are a bit swalon and hut when i walk now an again. I have no discharge not burning when i pee. I did have a little iratation on the end if my penis for few days but went but still did not hurt when i went to the toilet??
