Reddish Eyes With Itching. Need And Eye Cream

I have been making my own skin care . Im having issues with my eyes and was wondering if stearic acid or sodium lactate could be contributing. My eyes are red under and my lids are itchy and there seems to be a red patch on one of my lids and my eyes are burning a bit. Ive done alot of research on oils and preservatives and have improved my eye cream a few times. Please help. Tyla

Many of the skin care products are not meant to be exposed to the eye. This can cause irritation of the eye and could be the cause of your symptoms. You should ensure that when you apply any skin products they never spill over your eyes. In case they do you should wash your eyes with water immediately.

It is better if you have your eyes examined so that the damage can be assessed and necessary treatment can be initiated.
