Reddish Sore Spot On The Nose. Reason?

Yes, thankyou. I woke up yesterday with a deep red spot on the right side of my nose as high as the top of my cheekbone. No itching, not at all sore. Woke up this AM with spot on my nose unchanged, plus 3 smaller, not as deep red spots at top right of my forehead, and a larger, not as red, spot on my left cheek. I'm clueless, and a little worried about what tomorrow will bring. I eat well, and have healthy skin. Clean and moisturize every day, etc.

Any thoughts? Thank you.

Red spot on face can be any of the following.

1.An unnoticed insect bite.

2.Viral infections, mainly chicken pox.

A photograph would have helped in closer diagnosis.
