Reddish Spot On The Pubic Area. Vaginal Discharge. History Of Psoriasis. No STD. What Else?
I have small red non raised area on pubic area that have a raw sensation but not itchy also appear to have non odorous vaginal discharge like yeast infection but not itchy like on kinda raw feeling ... I also have a long history if psoriasis they appear to look like that but idk was tested for std in October 1st negative normal pap on the 27 th of October no sex since

I read your present & past history with interest.
Understand your situation & my clinical hunch tells me that the discharge & this rash are not linked.
It does appear that these are psoriatic lesions more than an STD probably a form of guttate psoriasis aggravated by the vaginal infection.
Might i suggest taking an antibiotic kit containing fluconazole 200mg, tinnidazole 2gm & azithromycin 500mg-1 gm that will take care of any residual infection & may benefit these skin lesions.
However this will require a prescription in most parts of the world & suggest you visit a dermatologist nearest you.
Do practice safe sex as a routine & Godspeed!
