Redish, Ichy Vagina, Unusual Discharge. Had Unprotected Sex. Used Lube. What Is It?

My vagina is redish, ichy, swollen an it's been like three days now. I had sex with my ex about a week ago and we did it multiple times. We didn't use a condom the whole time, and we used lube. Also I started cramping a little bit tonight. Can you tell me what this could be. I don't have unusual discharge really, but I guess it's kind of stickyish but doesn't smell

Welcome to HCM.
It looks to be infection,inflammation after sex.Most likely it is mixed infection.It usually occurs due to improper hygiene,perspiration and followed by scratching.
Keep proper local hygiene,use medicated soap for cleaning.Always go for safe,protected sex.
You have to take local as well as oral anti fungal and antibiotic medicines.
Complete course of Moxifloxacin-400 and flucanazole-150 will be helpful.
Get examined by your gynecologist and start treatment accordingly.
