Redness And Pain In Area Between Nose And Top Lip. Swelling, Itching

Hi I rubbed the are between my nose and top lip last night fairly abbraisively last night with a paper towel after my shower. Today I have a raised area that is getting bigger and is red it is painful like a huge pimple. but it does not look like a pimple, it looks like it's swelling and oval shaped and is starting to itch.

hi..
you have skin rashes on the nasal philtrum, started with itching..
did you had pain, fever, any infection in the past? did you take any antibiotics?
it could a herpes infection..
see your dermatalogist for the diagnosis and treatment..
