Redness On Penis Tip, Difficulty Retracting Foreskin, Thrush, Pain During Intercourse. Treatment?

My husband has a problem with his foreskin . The tip of his penis is very red and he finds it difficult and painful to bring the foreskin back over the tip of his penis. Sex is painful for him, and the edge of his foreskin has bled after sex when he has tried to pull his foreskin over the tip of his penis. I have contracted thrush after sex but has been treated successfully with canesten. This has not worked unfortunately for him.

hi madam,
The tip of the penis is called glans and the inability to retract the foreskin over the glans is called phimosis. Now, there can be a big list of causes for phimosis. The common cause is infection and inflammation of glans and the foreskin(prepuce).
A visit to a general surgeon should help you sought out your husbands problem.
All the best
