Redness, Tingly, Hot And Swelling Around Lower Legs And Knees. Little Relief While Sitting With Feet Up. History Of Being Away On Holiday. Advice
I have just been away on holiday in temperatures of mid 20's and got back to the UK on Sat 4th May. 2 days before returning home I started to get redness and swelling around my lower legs and up to my knees. Since being back I have started taking dandilion root capsules to see if the redness and swelling will go away. The area where it is red and mottely feels tingily although not sore and feels slightly hot. It helps when I sit with my feet up. The swelling has gone down a bit.

You had red ness and swelling around the lower legs, upto the knee, while returning from cold area to U.K.you have started taking dandilion root ca psules and got slight relief.
It appears to be an allergic reaction, due to some bites of insects, or to other allergens.
i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, to avoid any cardiac problem.

I want to ask may question before any diagnosis.
Whether there were tic bite or not ?
Whether there was fever or not before this event ,means when you were at your holidays.
During these holidays there were mild rashes or not over wrist and arms ( very few with redness)
Whether any member of family is ill or not?
