Reduced Blood Circulation To Hands, Low Heart Rate. Is There Anything To Be Worried About?

Hi I m a 49 yr old female and in very good health. Blood pressure is typically 102/68. I exercise about 5 days a week. I noticed that when reading in bed holding a book up I lose circulation in my hands. Not sure why this happens. My heart rate tends to be low when just sitting, can be in the 50s. I do get cold hand too
