Reduced Eye Sight After Taking HCG Diet. Will It Go Away?
Can HCG diet affect eyesight. I use 2.0 reading glasses for closeup viewing but eyesight for distance has always been fine. After 7 days on HCG diet distance viewing is blurry requiring 1.0 reading glasses to see distance clearly and closeup viewing is worse. If it is the diet, is it a temporary affect that will disappear once off the diet?

Are you on the low calorie diet as well . Episode of low blood sugar levels will cause changes in the lens configuration and cause you this kind of problem. Get your blood sugar monitored and try to normalise it . Consult a physicianfirst, it might become normal if sugar levels in the blood are ok. Thereafter consult eye specialist .
