Brief Answer:
Chronic daily headache/Tension type headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

It does not appear to be rationale to associate headache with baldness, over here. Baldness is likely physiological and unrelated to headache. For expert opinion on baldness,a dermatologist's opinion can be sought.

Coming on to headache-It is chronic daily headache and the etiology being 'Chronic tension type headache'. Stress being a known precipitant, should be avoided as far as possible. He should adopt mental relaxation exercises like meditation,as a part of lifestyle on regular basis.Physical exercises like jogging and strength straining will also help combat stress factor by promoting the release of neuropeptides, which helps in mood elevation.

If these lifestyle changes do not help, medicines like Amitriptyline may be started.MEDICINES SHOULD BE TAKEN UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A PHYSICIAN ONLY.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
