menstruation cycles have always been regular +/- a few days.. found love late@30yo married in 3/2012- ruptured ecotopic preg 9/15/2015 , left fallopian tube taken out, dr. said i could try again after 2 cycles... had 1st cycle after surgery 10/27/2015... i am late for november cycle... neg on hpt & blood test ... should my menstruation cycles change after my surgery?
