Helllo,

Welcome to the forum. Smelling problem that you are experiencing can be due to some kind of obstruction in the nasal passage. It can be due to your work where you smell metals, it can be due to excessive cigarette smoking, allergy/cold.

The watering in the eyes can be commonly due to cold, fumes, allergy to things like pollen, etc, infective or allergic conjunctivitis, ( uncommon factors- overproduction of tears/ blocked tear glands)

Migraine can be due to infection ( viral infection/cold), stress, sleep apnoea, psychosomatic cause, anxiety, worry, smoking, missing meals, contraceptive pills, pollution, sinusitis, long term use of imitrex, etc)

Yyou should be clinically examined by a doctor, get X-Ray PNS done to rule out cold, sinusitis. You may need a saline nasal wash. Take steam inhalation at home twice daily regularly to feel better. You need antibiotics, analgesic, mucolytics, anti histaminics ( consult your doctor )

Long term use of imitrex may trigger headaches, migraines ( side effects ). Consult your doctor and see if a substitute medication works. Try yoga to get relief naturally. Take care.

Hi welcome to health care magic forum. Migraine is a complex form of headache, causes being several, like tension, sinusitis, hypertension, gastric irritation etc. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may have to get MRI, besides other routine tests for confarmation.
Besides i advise you to follow some non medical procedures for relief. Diversion procedures like yoga , meditation, reading books, and hearing music. if interested gardening which help diversion from the fear of getting the attack.
Diet procedures as avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, chicken, fruits, juices, and dry fruits which improve blood, general health, resistance, and stamina to with stand such situations. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.

Hi
Welcome to HCM
It is a common type of headache that may occur with symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or sensitivity to light. In many people, a pain is felt only on one side of the head.
Persons who get migraines have warning symptoms, called an aura, before the actual headache begins. An aura is a group of symptoms, including vision disturbances, that are a warning sign that a bad headache is coming.
How to manage your migraines at home. A headache diary can help you identify your headache triggers. If you have frequent migraines, your doctor may prescribe medicine to reduce the number of attacks. You need to take the medicine every day for it to be effective.
you have to do following things
1.avoid foods that contain a high content of tyramine (chocolate, cheese, alcohol, tomato.)
2.avoid factors which precipitate the attack(sleeping late, stress, anxiety, tension, starvation,OC pills)
3.limit caffeine intake:may create dependency and rebound headache if skipped
You can apt for ayurvedic treatment it has got good result in MIGRAIN
In this you can go for
1) Shirodhara
2) Nasya
3) Virechan
4) Ayurvedic medicine prescribed by ayurveda specialist near you.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available if you have any further queries.
