Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Suddenly stopping the Requip and clonazepam is the most likely cause of your problem.
Amitriptyline is a good drug but needs time to be fully beneficial.
I would advise you to slowly taper off the Requip over one week duration with Amitriptyline and clonazepam overlap.
In the next week tater Clonazepam.
By that time your body will adjust to the new drug and your symptoms would not bother you.
You should also take a multivitamin supplement for some weeks initially.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
