The blood pressure is little low and heart rate just above normal level.This things can happen in normal individual particularly the heart rate as normal person may have some increase heart rate after exercise,anxiety and varieties of other conditions.
But as the person age in high so better to visit a general physician to do basic health examination and some routine investigation.
