Results of chest ct: No consolidating infiltrates or suspicious mass lesions identified. Calcified, old granulomatous disease in the mediastinum and right lower lobe. Chronic changes including calcified atherosclerotic disease of the thoracic aortic and coronary arteries. No evidence of aneurysm. Very mild emphysematous changes. Diffuse, fatty infiltration of the liver.
