Hila are remarkable Trachea is midline Diaphragm and sulci are intact Small osteophytes are seen in the thoracic vertebral bodies Soft tissue planes are intact.. Pulmonary tuberculosis vs. fibrosis Follow up and clinical correlation suggested. Mild thoracic spondylosis.
