Retrograde Ejaculation,penis Never Erect
My partner has retrograde ejaculation and we are trying to conceive. I have noticed that the head of his penis never gets erect and he says that as long as he can remember, it never has. We are trying to find some corrective measures, but having trouble Identifying the main issue. He has had this promblem his entire life and has never ejaculated before. He says this is a problem for several men in his family as well. To his knowledge, he has never had a spinal cord injury , he has never had surgery, and doesn t have diabetes . If there are other explainations I would like to know what they are please. Also, since his semen is in his urine, it was suggested that he urinate inside of me...Is this a possibility?

It is not possible to become pregnant by passing urine containing semen inside vagina. Common causes of retrograde ejaculation are surgery, drugs and nerve injury. Nerve injury can be due to multiple sclerosis, diabetes or spinal cord injury. As Glans of your husband never gets erect during sex, he might be suffering with erectile dysfunction. Treatment is available for erectile dysfunction & retrograde ejaculation. Your husband should consult a urologist for diagnosis & treatment, & if it is not corrected, assisted reproductive techniques are available.
