Returned Home Fro Having A Total Knee Trplacement. As Part

Returned home fro having a total knee trplacement. As part of this recovery I am taking 2 Tramadol 50mg with 2 ibuprofen every 4 hours. At about 4am I took 2 Tramadol and three( I thought ibuprofen) but these were Paracetamol.
Have drunk a lot of cold water and have been vomiting. Is this the correct thing to do!
