Revenly discovered a dry patch of skin on the underside of my penis. It was extremely itchy and although I tried not to scratch it, the next day I noticed the skin was starting to peel and it exerted a clear, water like fluid. After a shower, I noticed that just below it a blister has appeared and it seems to be filled with the clear fluid as well. I have always used protection with my current partner and have not had any other sexual contact. I sweat a lot at work and am pretty sure it is just a rash, but would like reassurance.
