Hello. Welcome to HCM.
It is important for you to wean the child properly and with utmost care and gradually. It seems unlikely that your child has allergy to either NAN 2 or cerelac, as allergy will usually be all over the body and not locallised to arms. make sure, her clothes/ fabric does not have anything irritating enough to cause rash. Also, it is advisable to introduce only one weaning food at a time, to replace one time feed with it, and wait for a week to 10 days before introduction of second food. Try to use home made food along with appropriate cleanliness precautions.
Observe the child's rash. make sure it does not extend beyond one or two more days or to other body sites, in which case you should visit your pediatrician. Also at this age, make sure to provide them micronutrient supplements as advised by doctor.
