Right Hand Randomly Getting Cold. Have Vitamin Deficiency. Prescribed Medication. Anything To Worry?

Lately I've been realizing that my right hand randomly gets cold. It's more like just the fingertips get cold at it lasts for about 5 minutes. It usually happens when I've been typing for a while, or when I am playing the guitar. I have recently been told that I have Vitamin D deficiency, and have been prescribed Vitamin D 0000 ui. I don't know if I should be worried.ru

Hi,

No reason to be worry. Besides vit.D deficiency, it might be because of compression in your hand (joint) and not letting the blood flowing normally and nerves are pressed.

Take vit.D as prescribed.

Do not get your hand (at joint) pressed for long.

Wish you health!
