Weight Loss, Vitamin D Deficiency, Cough, Chest Infection, depression, Incontinence And Fibromyalgia After Gastric Bypass Surgery. Treatment?
Hi, There sounds possibility with the issue of malabsorption of nutrients with a lack of intrinsic factor for B12 absorption. Additional nutritional supplements are of paramount importance with control of any underlying infection. Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids and get all the supplemental elements for best results. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Bhagyesh V.
