Right shoulder pain. MRI done report is small glenohumeral effusion. Degenerative appearing cystic change and marrow edema of the posterior and inferior glenoid, no obvious labral tear. Suspected significant glenoid cartilage loss. Intact long head biceps. Humeral head marginal osteophyte. Infraspinatus tendinopathy without high grade tear. Normal musculature. Mild AC joint arthrosis.
