Right Side Headaches, Pain In Nose, Ringing In Ears. Negative Sinus, Ulcer Tests. What Could Be This?
I have had right side headaches for 3 months now. Most pain is in my nose. ENT dr did a biopsy on an ulcer that was negative and also ct of sinus which was negative. He had now given me lidocaine to put in my nose a small dab at a time, which doesn't seem to be helping. Also starting having ringing in the ears which he said there is no cure for. some ear pain which scope showed nothing. Also had hearing test which was fine and also had a dental check up with x rays. What is being overlooked. I have headaches almost daily. Thank you.
Hello, I went through your statement. As you have done almost all investigations the following are my suggestions After going through your statement it may be Middle ear infection disturbing the balance in the middle ear fluid and by Nero transmitters you are getting the ringing tone. Have your ENT thoroughly examined including ear drum injury/infection. You may have associated Migraine. A CT Brain will rule out any neurological cause. Verify whether you have sleep apnea. If you are tensed up or depressed you may need treatment for that. Best wishes
