Ringing In Ears, Dizziness. Have Sinus Congestion. Taking Excedrine For A Year. Aspirin Poisoning?

I have ringing of the ears, and what feels like conjested ears, for example i will close my mouth and nose and force air to come out my ears and they will pop. Also when I cause this popping I feel dizzy for a couple of seconds, I also feel and little dizzy when I stand quickly. This has only been happening for a couple of days, but the ear ringing is getting worse. I also have some sinus congestion, I dont know if it is related. Im a little bit nervous because after researching the results I noticed aspirin posioning was one of the chocies. I have been taking 2 to 4 excedrine for over a year, not realizing till now that I could get aspirin Posioning?????? pretty nervous

The popping sensation can be because of Eustachian tube dysfunction which can be a result of sinus congestion. Use nasal decongestants (xylometazoline) for 4-5 days and mucolytics for 3 weeks (chew a chewing gum for sometime every day). The ringing sensation can be related to your aspirin intake and a side effect not poisoning. In fact all NSAIDS can cause tinnitus and should be avoided for long term use. Do take b- complex for some time and avoid taking any oto-toxic drugs.
