Rosy Cheeks, Have Braxton Hicks. Pregnant. Normal?
Hi I m wondering if any one has had the same problem? My cheeks get very rosy through out the day as Im a mum of three, a full time student and boxing coach for anything up to 4-5 sessions per week. At present im dealing with a tremendous amount of emotional stress pertaining to my teenage daughter and im also haveing strong braxton hicks. I m only 28 weeks pregnant and and im wondering is all this normal as the pressures during this pregnancy is very different from my previous two.
Hi,
It is all telling itself, your life-style, your responsibilities, and their effect on your health. Blushing of cheeks could be a normal feature of increased circulation during pregnancy, but having too many Braxton-Hicks is not normal. It shows that your uterus is getting irritable and remember, your temperament is going to influence your pregnancy. I advice you to take adequate rest and deal with inevitable stress in a more organized manner and if possible share with your partner, curtail your physical activities to avoid unnecessary exertion and take preventive medication after consulting your doctor. Wish you safe motherhood.
