rough red spot on my cheekbone and swollen eye & cheek & lip I had a rough red spot on my cheekbone below my right eye yesterday and my upper lip on the right side was swollen No pain or itchiness However today i woke up and the bag under my eye and down to my cheekbone was very red and swollen my lip was still swollen and throughout the day i developed itchy red patches above both eyes and on my cheeks What could this be

You might have some insect bite on the part and after that there is infection taken place leading to induration,swelling and pain in surrounding area i.e. eye,cheek and upper lip.
Take one course of antibiotic,anti histaminic and anti inflammatory medicine after consulting of your doctor.

Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites.You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.Symptoms can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin. anthistaminics like cetrizine may be helpful for itching.If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist. take care
