hello and welcome to HCM
Rumbling sounds are normally heard after meals due to contraction of the stomach muscles.
This action churns and mixes the food well.
If this sound is heard frequently and associated with pain and discomfort then get an abdominal ultrasound done. This will help to visualize all organs of the abdomen.
Regarding the constipation, there are few measures which can be taken to avoid constipation eg
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Include lot of fiber in your diet like fresh fruits, vegetables, salads etc.
3. Avoid refined foods like refined wheat, avoid fatty and oily foods.
4. Take regular exercise
5. Take good sleep, wake up early in the morning and clear your intestine regularly
If these measures do not help then the ultrasond abdomen can be done (which you are already doind for stomach rumbling).
Regarding yoyr menstrual irregularities, consult a gynaecologist.
A couse of progesterone preparation may help to regularize the periods.
If it does not help then an endometrial biopsy/ currettage can be done.
Thanks and take care
