Runny Nose, Clogged Ears, Frequent Sinus Headaches. Treatment?

I have a perpetually runny nose. I don't have a cold, but there is a constant, slow drip. My ears keep feeling "clogged", especially when I exercise and my nose runs more. I have to yawn or sniff to clear my ears, but they just get clogged again a few seconds later. Also, I have (and have always had) frequent sinus headaches. I assume these syptoms are all related?? What can I do about the clogging ears? It is driving me crazy!

This clear fluid may be CSF leak. As it increases with exercise - strongly suggests. You need to contact an E.N.T surgeon to have diagnostic nasal endoscopy and analysis of the fluid to confirm the diagnosis
