Rust Coloured Semen During Ejaculation, Rusty Urine, Enlarged Prostate. Done Sonogram. What Can We Expect?

I am experiencing rust looking color in the semen at time of ejaculation. Also if I become aroused EG in the am
and do not engage in any sexual act Today I had a small discharge of rusty urine after urinating clear. I am 69 years old . At other time I had an enlarge prostate. Had a prostate sonogram done about a month ago and have not heard from my Dr. I take it Its OK
Where could this coloring in the semen be coming from or the slight discharge that I experience this Am

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have turbid semen and urine since very recently .
You have enlarged prostate .
These symptoms are likely to be due to prostatitis associated with Enlarged Prostate.

Please consult qualified Urologist for digital rectal examination ad further treatment.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute
