Scabies is a parasitic infection and these are deep in the skin folds. So to get compelete irradication multiple things have to be done. The source of the infection has to be identified and treated. the daily clothes and linen should be thouroughly washed with warm water. It would be better to boil your cotton clothes in water for 20 minutes. before starting the medicines make sure you have 2 sets of clean clothes so that infection does not recur through clothes. There are several very effective topical and oral drugs for scabies.Consult some good dermatologist. Take care.
