Same Blood Group Sexual Partners. Will Pregnancy Have Complications?
Hello Doctor Good Morning!! I am 40 years old. Due to family problems and my father's long illness, my marriage was postponed for some time. Now I have one proposal but have one doubt which I thought to have a second opinion. the Question is - my blood group and hers blood group is same i.e A+. Can we get married? will there be any complications - like in pregnancy, in her health, in the health of the new born.

Go ahead with marriage. I assure you that you will have no problem related to blood groups brunt the same. Cause of concern is the age of 40, get fetal anamoly scan done after conceiving to rule out genetic disorder like down syndrome which could be due to increased maternal age.

if you and your fiance have same blood group it will not be problem at all
if she is having different blood group than it will be problem child may have early jaundice ,and anemia.
