patient of oncology age 65 years ,sarcomatoid varient of carcinoma in tongue and neck. given three cycles of chemotherepy (holoxin 2 gm, adramycin 30 mg and mesna ) followed by three cycles of inj biomeb and a tab daily of gefifact 250 mg for 21 days. didnt get much responce.now one cycle of docefect 60 mg completed(one inj on 4-4-12 and one on 11-4-12) two cycles are to be followed.now the problem is that the patient can not swallow or drink any thing and can not breathe easily. the nodes in throat appears blocking the breathing system in the neck,and the esophegus
