Scalp Infection, Hair Fall. Using Topisal Lotion. Is There Any Similar Medication To Reduce Hair Fall?

Hello, I use topisal lotion for my scalp infection, and it reduced the hair fall, but i am not able to get the topisal lotion coz of not supply. Please tell me if any other lotion related to this one, which would help me to reduce my hair fall. i got to know Relay sal lotion is also the same one but i am not even not geeting that. please tell me asap and will be too thank full

topisal lotion is used in scalp psoriasis and not for hair fall. u can take biotin tablets to reduce hair fall.
