Scan Done. What Does Results Mean? MS?

What do these results mean? Could it be MS?

FINDINGS: The ventricular and cisternal spaces are normal for age. No intracranial mass or extra-axial
fluid collection is seen. Several tiny foci of chronic signal abnormality are present in the cerebral
white matter and a double significance. No acute ischemia is present.

The paranasal sinuses are clear. Normal flow-related signal is seen in the major intracranial vessels.

I went to the ER in june with dizziness, inability to walk, throwing up and room spinning. Was diagnosed with a severe case of Vertigo. I have concerns because I am experiencing ringing in ears, arm, hand, finger and foot tingling and numbness, blurred vision, pressure in my left eye, muscle weaknesses, slurred speech, bladder control and urgency, bowel problems (constipation and urgency), sweet taste in mouth, forgetful, and fatigued. Some of these syptoms (symptoms) have been present for years, but they would come and go so I didn't think it was a concern.

Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

From you MRI findings, it is apparent that there are multiple tiny foci of signal abnormality is the cerebral white matter. Your age would be important to correlate your findings with any changes due to small vessel disease in the brain. In many elderly patients, such a pattern of small foci can be due to hypertensive changes in the blood vessels.

Please get yourself clinically examined by a neurologist in detail.

Hope this helps.
