Best regards and more power
You are suffering from fibroiduterus. There are two fibroids in uterus one in right anterofundal measuring(3.4 x 2.2 x 1.8cm) and another one in posterofundal region of uterus measuring(4.3 x 3.4 x 4.5cm). There is also nabothian cyst in cervix and it doesn't cause any problem. Treatment is both conservative and surgical. Since your fibroid size is large,so surgery should be the choice. You can discuss with gynecologist. Treatment depends upon many things and it can be discussed with doctor. Rest of the findings are normal. Get well soon.
