Scar Like, Growing Brownish Lines On Curve Of Wrist. What Could These Be?

Hi so recently I noticed two brownish lines have appeared at the curve of my wrist. They are roughly an inch long each and about half an inch closer to eachother. I m starting to notice another small one forming. They don t hurt at all and they kind of look like scars. I m just very curious to know what they are because I notice them everyday and it kind of freaks me out and another thing, they seem to be getting a little bit longer. (I m a 15 year old Caucasian female in case that helps)

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

These can be linear nevi.

Usually nevus appear at birth but can be seen even in childhood or early adulthood.

A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.

If it is asymptomatic, you dont need to worry much.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
