Scratch Due To Monkey On Forefinger. Any Worry ?

My mother was in Vrindavan carrying a box of sweets when a monkey snatched it away from her hand. There were no scratch marks or blood but a faint dental impression on her forefinger which faded in a few minutes. We called a local doctor who said there was nothing to worry as there was no bleeding. It has been 4 days since this incident. Should we be worried?
