Scrotum Loose And Empty Other Than Testicle, Skin Stretchy

Hello; I was just a little concerned considering the fact that my scrotum has become extremely loose in a sense . It almost seems empty, other than the testicles, they are lower, and the skin is unbelievably stretchy. I haven t had sex or masturbated during this change so I have no idea, and I don t even know if I should be worried. It just seems very very weird, almost to the point that I can t look or touch them.

dearest it is neither a disease,nor a sign of sexual weakness... thickness and length of scrotum is differant in differant people...
and it is also a protective mechanism of scrotum to expand when weather is hot....
size of penis,
size Of eggs
are differant in differant people , but it has no relation with sexual power,desire to have sex ,untill it is wither physiological limits...
so nothing to be worry about ...
