Seasonal Allergies That Can Turn Into Asthma Which Happened Last

Seasonal allergies that can turn into Asthma which happened last Fall. But this Fall extreme fatigue is overtaking me especially at the end of the day when I come home from my outside job. Thankful I have not had an Asthma flair. I take Zytec, Singulair, Flonase daily and this has controlled my allergy/asthma symptoms but the extreme tiredness this Fall is over whelming especially in the evening. Is there anything else I can do or take to combat this symptom?
