hello,
injection provigil is having Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin and it is given for ovulation induction in patients where the cause is secondary infertility, it appears that your doctor is giving fertility treatment to your wife.
possible adverse affects can be headache, irritability, restlessness, depression, fatigue, edema, precocious puberty, gynecomastia, hypersensitivity reaction and pain at site of injection. The principal serious adverse reactions to hCG (PROVIGIL) include ovarian hyperstimulation, rupture of ovarian cysts with resultant hemoperitoneum and arterial thromboembolism.
