Hello,
I went through your complaints. You are having Polands syndrome. The other complaints may resemble as crohns disease/
ulcerative colitis. You have a genetic factor for crohns disease.
The difference I have noticed are:
1) Crohn's disease induces - Anaemia because of
vitamin B12 deficiency - which you have not mentioned. You say that you have overall deficiency of vitamin D, Phosphate and magnesium which may be due to
diet deficiency.
2) The neurogenic Bladder
The other symptoms present in any condition leading to mal absorption.
Crohn's disease was considered as Auto immune disease - now considered as immune supreesion.
Have a complete examination and investigations of your digestive systems and arrive at a proper diagnosis. Meanwhile the cause aof neurogenic bladder has to be evaluated by a neuro surgeon/physician for involvement of Central and
Peripheral nervous system.
Endoscopy, Tab Endoscopy,
colonoscopy, CT and MRI are useful to arrive at a diagnosis.
Correct all vitamin deficiencies. With a dietitian plan your diet as you have mal absorption. Sometime gluten free diet may be useful.
Correct your immune system because gut plays a major role in immune system.
A serology for antibody may be useful.
My best wishes
