Semen Analysis Done. Can I Impregnate My Wife?
Hi Dr. i m 27 years old and soon i m getting marry and is i will be able to fertile and my semen report Physical Examination Volume 3.0 ml Colour Grey White Viscosity Thick Microscopic Examination Active 40% ,Slugglish 35%, Dead 15%, Morphology Normal 40%, Abnormal 60% Sperm Count 50mill/ml , RBCs nil, Pus Cells 02---03.

Welcome to the forum. Normal volume is generally 1.0-6.5 mLper ejaculate, normal count falls between 20-150 million sperm per mL, Motility- 60% should be forward moving and active, 70% should have normal morphology.
You are only 27 years of age and there are many medications that can help improve the count. You should take good, nutritious diet, rich in protein, take nuts, dairy products and balance it with fresh fruits and veggies. You should also perform abstinence while you take the medicines.
You can consult a doctor and take medications for 3 months and then have a repeat semen analysis. Quit smoking, alcohol or any drug intake. Take care.

Look, your semen analysis report is quite ok.
Sperm count is normal ( as per WHO 2010 sperm count is > 15million / ml).
Motility should be more 50% as per WHO2010. So you have normal motility.
Normal morphology is >04% as per WHO 2010. So, you have absolutely normal sperm morphology.
But, as per WHO 2010, a normal semen should not contain single pus cells. So, you have possibly infection in the genitourinary tract.
So, consult with your treating doctor, because, you need some broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin group of drug.
