hello sir,first i check semen analisis spream count is20 million active 15% sluggish 30% dead 55%,no liquification time with in 1 hour andi have little infection in semen analisis report.doctor suggest to me
1.LINEATOR(2 TAB/DAY)
2.SIPHINE M 25(DAILY 1)
3.DOXI-1-DR FORTE (2 TAB/DAY)
4.LYSER FORTE(2 TAB/DAY)
The above mentioned medicine already started.
1.according to this treatment can i improve my semen count?
2.IUI process require for me?

Semen analysis gives a general idea of the capacity of a male to conceive. In normal results at least 50 % of the sperm are to be active, in the result above the value is lower than this.

It can be difficult in many cases to improve semen quality significantly with the use of medication.
If you and your partner are able to do the assisted fertilisation, this may be the better option.
