Hi,

Semen analysis report is abnormal. Sperm count is very less to conceive normally. Presence of pus cells indicate there is infection.

There are number of causes(hormonal, infection, trauma, smoking, alcoholism etc.) for low sperm count and first of all need to be evaluated. Treatment is based on the cause.

It will be difficult to attain normal sperm count from this level. You should consult your local doctor for this and look for another method of conception like IUI or IVF.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work Let me know if you have any further questions.
