i had semen analysis Vol- 4ml
colour- whitish
viscosity- normal
liquefaction time- 30 min
ph- 8
Sperm count- 85 mill/ ml
active motile- 30 %
feebly motile- 20%
non-motile 50%
WBC- 8-10 / hpf
can i still become a father how can i get rid of this infection, germ cells
how can i improve my chances of becoming a father and improve my active motile sperms?

The report shows infection for which you need to be treated with appropriate antibiotics after semen culture.
The sperm count is absolutely fine and the motility patterns are within normal limits. so I think you should get appropriately treated for the infection and should think positively with which I am sure you will succeed..
